Second Floor

Staying on the second floor in the Main House has its perks or its temptations, as some say. The aromas from the kitchen have a way of finding their way to these four rooms, and our guests often find themselves waking to the smell of coffee, bacon, or cinnamon rolls. Free Wi-Fi is available.

RIVER BREEZE NORTH ROOM

With a sweeping view of the river and all the creature comforts. This room is one our most popular in the main house. Queen bed overlooking the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway and a large window to view it. Private bathroom with a hand-made clay pottery corner sink and matching mirror, and a large tile shower with a built-in seat.

REGATTA ROOM

The Regatta Room has the only king size bed in the Main house with 2 large windows facing the courtyard and is one of the larger rooms. Bed can be made into two twin beds. Private bathroom with a pedestal sink and a cultured marble shower.

RIVER BREEZE SOUTH ROOM

This beautiful guest room is Night Swan’s most popular room! Its second-floor perch features a private balcony that overlooks the waterway, a queen-sized bed, and a private bathroom. The 2 large windows provide guests with plenty of sunlight and a pleasant ocean breeze.

Third Floor

The third floor has its own style – original hardwood bead board lines the walls and ceilings, and the ceilings are on a slant, following the line of the roof. While these rooms can be rented out individually, it is also possible to rent the entire floor, great for families or groups traveling together.Free Wi-Fi is available.

CAPTAIN'S SUITE

This is our most spacious room with two queen beds separated by a love seat and window seat that gives you a dramatic view of the waterway. This room has some of the features characteristic of the early 1900s–like hidden panels in the wall and a closet with a staircase that leads to nowhere. Private bath with a pedestal sink and a tile walk-in shower.
